What we collect, and why.

Version dated 23 August 2026. This notice covers information submitted through the Gauth Creator Program application form.

1. Information collected

We collect your Campaign selection, name, email, country of residence, adult/minor declaration and guardian-consent declaration, platform, public social profile, main audience country, follower range, optional representative work, application pitch, and consent records. We also process basic security data such as IP address to prevent abuse.

2. Why it is used

Gauth uses this information to assess Campaign eligibility and creator fit, prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications, contact you about the outcome, request reasonable supporting information, and administer a collaboration if selected.

3. Where it is handled

The initial submission is recorded in a Feishu Bitable used by authorized Gauth personnel and its supporting agency. Later qualification, Brief, draft, approval, posting and payment communications are handled manually by email and are not automatically synced by this website.

4. Retention

Applications that do not result in a collaboration are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to address security, disputes or legal obligations. Information for selected creators may be kept for the collaboration, settlement, accounting and applicable legal-retention periods.

5. Minors

If you are not legally an adult where you live, do not apply without parent or legal-guardian permission. Gauth may request the guardian to confirm permission by email. The form does not collect an exact date of birth or identity document at the initial stage.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask the Gauth creator-program contact shown in Campaign communications to access, correct or delete your application, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may withdraw before a collaboration is confirmed by replying to the relevant email.

7. Data minimization

The initial form does not ask for a school or institution, study stage, phone number, payment account, identity document, exact date of birth or expected graduation year. Payment information is requested only later if needed for a selected creator’s manual USD settlement.
