Public program rules
How a Gauth creator collaboration works.
Version dated 26 July 2026. A Campaign’s published details and the final Brief emailed to a qualified creator form part of these rules.
1. Eligibility and application
You must be a current student, provide accurate information, and meet the minimum-age rules of your platform and local law. If you are not legally an adult where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian; Gauth may request email confirmation. Applying does not guarantee selection or a collaboration.
2. Campaign-specific terms
Each Campaign identifies its eligible country, platform, deliverable, deadlines, base fee, CPM rate, view window, view cap and usage period in USD. Only an Active Campaign within its application window accepts applications. One application covers one Campaign.
3. Qualification, Brief and draft
Gauth emails every applicant one of three outcomes: qualified, more information needed, or not selected. A qualified creator receives the full Brief by email. The creator must accept it before creating. Drafts are submitted by replying in the same email thread with an accessible link and completed self-check. Content must not be published before written approval.
Up to two revision rounds are included for creator-side corrections. Revisions caused by Gauth changing the Brief do not count toward that limit.
4. Publication, disclosure and performance evidence
The creator must publish the approved version by the stated deadline, keep it public for the Campaign’s required period (90 days unless stated otherwise), and use clear advertising disclosures required by the platform and applicable law. Valid views are verified using the public post, a creator-dashboard screenshot, and Gauth’s manual review.
5. Compensation and settlement
Compensation is the Campaign base fee plus a performance bonus.
CPM bonus = min(valid views, Campaign view cap) ÷ 1,000 × Campaign CPM rate
The base fee is paid within 7 business days after Gauth verifies the live post. The CPM bonus is paid separately within 7 business days after performance verification. Settlement is in USD by a manually coordinated receiving account. Gauth bears its outgoing payment fees; the creator bears recipient/FX fees and personal taxes.
6. Cancellation
- No qualified draft delivered: no payment.
- A qualified draft is delivered and Gauth cancels: 50% of the base fee.
- The draft is approved and Gauth stops publication: 100% of the base fee.
- Creator fault, missed deadlines, or an unusable draft after the two included rounds: no payment.
7. Content rights
The creator keeps copyright and grants Gauth non-exclusive rights to download and use the approved content. Gauth’s organic use on its own channels and historical archive is permanent. Paid advertising, whitelisting and edited commercial creative run for three months from first publication unless the Campaign clearly states a longer period before application. Gauth may crop, edit, translate, caption and format the content, and use the creator’s name, handle, image and voice for the collaboration through its affiliates, agencies and media platforms. There is no exclusivity requirement.
8. Communication and integrity
Operational steps after the application are handled by email. Creators must keep the same thread, respond reasonably, and avoid fake engagement, misrepresentation, unlawful content, guaranteed academic-result claims or rights violations. Gauth may reject or end a collaboration where these rules are breached.
